KUNDALINI YOGA

Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of consciousness – it consists of simple yogic techniques that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. Kundalini yoga brings the individual to realize his/her infinite and creative potential. The participant will understand the relationship with the Infinite Energy and its energy (Self).

It is a complete science that includes breathing (pranayama), yoga exercises (asanas), chanting (mantra), relaxation and meditation. It balances and strengthens the glandular, immune, digestive systems, promotes muscle tone and flexibility of the body.

It also has a beneficial influence on mental and cerebral balance, it recenters the being and soothes it, and allows better management of emotions. It is a wonderful yoga practice that is done at your own pace, and everyone can do it.

From your very first class, you will begin to reap the benefits, whether you are new to yoga or looking to expand your yoga practice to include more spiritual and meditative work. It is designed to provide you with the experience of your highest consciousness through the elevation of your Kundalini energy (latent energy coiled at the base of the spine).

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation, a method of Pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) that allows you to scan the body and tap into a state of relaxed awareness, where the mind settles into a place between wakefulness and sleep. It is a relaxation practice designed to quiet the mind until there is naturally less and less thought, eventually resting in a deep state of awareness.

Yoga Nidra is a therapeutic technique for healing, deep relaxation and problem solving, as well as for spiritual and personal growth by developing creativity and intuitive wisdom.

Why practice Yoga Nidra?

The high levels of fear, stress and worry that we experience lead to greater activity in the prefrontal cortex of the brain, which can be linked to increased anxiety, poor sleep and health problems, including a weakened immune system.

  1. Promotes better sleep;

  2. Reduces stress and anxiety;

  3. Improves concentration;

  4. And much more.

CHAIR YOGA

Chair yoga adapts traditional yoga postures so that they can be performed with a chair for support, making yoga more accessible to everyone.

Chair yoga also offers a gentle but effective practice for those with limited mobility.

The chair replaces the yoga mat, and the postures are seated or supported by the chair. The practice offers stretching and strengthening while being suitable for anyone who is challenged by the physical limitations of aging or other special situations.
